The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow and LTM celebrate 10 years of successful partnership
On 10th and 11th of March 2016, The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow hosted the spring session of Luxury Travel Mart for the 10th time. More than 250 exhibitors attended the record-breaking event, as well as 250 hosted buyers from Russia and neighboring countries and 450 representatives from Moscow travel companies. The 2016 event was one of the largest both in the history of the LTM and The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow with more than 700 guests invited to a spectacular gala dinner.
Luxury Travel Mart is an exhibition that has retained its position as the leading luxury tourism forum in Russia for the last 13 years. LTM is putting sellers (hotels, DMCs, tourism offices, airlines) in contact with their buyers, and is giving buyers (agents from Russia and the neighbouring countries) access to exclusive products. LTM uses an online system for scheduling meetings, providing participants and agencies with as much information as possible about each other in advance and allowing them to pre-schedule meetings. As a result, during the two days of the exhibition each participant had 54 meetings lasting 10 minutes which means that a total of 13,500 meetings were held during the spring session. The LTM events in Moscow, two-day exhibition in spring and one-day session in autumn, have been held at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow for the last 10 years.
